How it works

Pick a template. Edit a table. The slide takes care of itself.

Dekvia runs in the PowerPoint task pane. Every slide it makes is an ordinary PowerPoint slide, backed by a small table you can see and edit.

1

Choose a template

Browse by class: agendas, KPIs, charts, comparisons, timelines, processes, org charts, maps, lists, surveys, sections and text. Each template has a card with what it is for, its capacity and an example.

2

Fill the table, or let the AI fill it

Type the rows and the numbers in the pane, or write one sentence ("Project overview for the Northwind pricing review, six steps") and Fill with AI drafts the title, the rows and the figures.

3

The layout engine draws the slide

Rows become shapes on a single grid. Margins, inner padding, card heights and spacing follow one law. If the content exceeds the capacity, you are told; nothing is shrunk silently.

4

Change it, it redraws

Add a milestone, delete a KPI, change a bar value: the slide recomposes. Styles, sizes and positions are yours to adjust in the pane, and the table remembers them.

5

Drop it into any theme

Colours are theme roles (Text 1, Accent 1, Background 2…), never fixed values. Paste the slide into a client deck and it adopts the client's palette and fonts.

Fill with AI

Your structure, the AI's typing.

Generators decide the structure for you and hand back something to fight with. Dekvia does the opposite: you choose the template, so the structure is decided; the AI proposes the content inside it. Titles are written as conclusions, the way consulting firms write them, in the language of your request.

Propose mode goes one step further: describe the slide and Dekvia suggests which templates fit, then fills the one you pick.

The design law

Six rules every template obeys.

Three-level hierarchy. Small coloured label, big heavy title, grey text. Never two levels of the same size.
Light cards on a slightly darker ground. Cards separate by value contrast and a hairline, not by colour.
One accent per slide. For the label, the ordinals and the one thing to look at. Everything else is neutral.
One dark card per row at most. For the element that matters: the outcome, the proposal, the "us".
Air. Wide equal margins, generous card padding, constant gaps. Better one row fewer than one card full.
One grid. Cards in a row share a height; inner text starts at the same indent.
