Terms of service
Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026.
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Dekvia add-in, website and services (the "Service") provided by [Company name] ("we"). By installing the add-in or creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes for the term and number of seats you have purchased or been assigned. Slides you create with Dekvia are yours: you may use, edit and distribute them without restriction.
3. Templates
The system templates remain our intellectual property. You may use them in any presentation you make; you may not extract, resell or redistribute them as templates, or build a competing template library from them.
4. Accounts and seats
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Team seats are assigned by your curator and may be reassigned to another person at most once per month.
5. AI features
Fill with AI and Propose produce suggestions. You are responsible for checking them before use. Figures generated as examples are not data. Use of AI features is subject to a fair-use allowance; we may throttle abusive use.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate the law, to infringe others' rights, to reverse-engineer the add-in except as permitted by law, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
7. Fees
Fees are stated at purchase and billed in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Taxes are added where applicable. Early-access terms may differ and are stated in your early-access email.
8. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee it. Support is provided by email at support@dekvia.com during business hours (CET).
9. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow it.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid term. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your library content as described in the privacy policy.
11. Microsoft
Dekvia is an independent product. Microsoft is not a party to these terms and provides no support or warranty for Dekvia. Use of PowerPoint and AppSource is governed by Microsoft's own terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
